This Taunton hotel was a great base for our family getaway. The staff, especially Lotte and Amy, made us feel welcome from the start. Having our two dogs with us was a breeze, thanks to a dedicated dog area and lovely walking paths nearby.

In my wife’s opinion, the dining options could be more family-friendly, such as earlier opening times for dinner.

I stayed in a Standard Twin Room and it was super comfy! The room was really clean, and the bed was just right for a good night’s sleep. The quietness was a big surprise considering it’s near the motorway. Loved that the shower had great pressure too! Perfect for prepping for my morning meeting the next day.
